The third wave of action figures based on the hit crossover sequel
ALIENS VS PREDATOR: REQUIEM have been announced and previewed. The third selection kicks off with these two brand new Predator figures. Looks like NECA have got wise to the fact that people only really want the Predator figures, and thus have dedicated the last two sets solely to the alien hunters. This is kind of a shame as I really liked what they’ve been doing with the
Alien Vs Predator: Requiem figures of late, but then again, there’s that one from the original ALIEN movie on the way out this summer, so I guess I can’t complain! The two figures in this new
AVPR set are the Stealth Predator and a new variation on the Open Mouth figure, with all manner of new accessories. Both are great figures (although I’d have liked the Stealth one too look a bit more transparent), and will no doubt repeat the rush that the last batch caused! The third movie is already being worked on, so watch the skies for any odd visitors with a penchant for gutting people and hanging them from trees by the intestines…
