METROPOLIS: UNSEEN FOOTAGE TO BE RELEASED
As reported by The Digital Bits, Previously unseen footage from the science fiction masterpiece METROPOLIS is to find its way onto Blu-ray and DVD with the forthcoming re-release of Fritz Lang’s legendary film. There are few silent films that really captured my imagination, and this is one of them. A new transfer, digitally mastered, and including the missing footage, is going to be incredible to see. You haven’t seen Metropolis? How can you like science fiction and not have seen it? Do so immediately!
