Following on from the rumours of High School Musical
star Vanessa Hudgens being lined up to appear in the Twilight sequel, New Moon, comes the latest apparent bit of casting. Dakota Fanning, the young actress known for her roles in films such as the recent Push and the forthcoming Coraline, as well as War of The Worlds and Charlotte’s Web, is apparently being lined up to play Jane, one of the Italian vampires from the second book in Stephanie Meyer’s runaway hit series. Until any of these things get confirmed, which won’t be too far off now, we’ll take any Twilight casting rumours as little more than gossip. Mind you, you can be certain that, like the first film, very little will happen in the second one…
