Wolverine sequel begins to gather steam
Despite a rather unfavourable reception at the box office and a rash of negative reviews (Jeez, wit ‘til you read the one that one of our staffers has written), a sequel to X-Men Origins: Wolverine is already in the pipeline. Wolverine himself, Hugh Jackman has stated that the next Wolverine movie will take place in Japan, echoing one of the most loved and respected periods in Wolverine’s comics history. This could be very cool indeed with the right director and less studio intervention. Oh yeah, and it’d be nice if the effects in the next one look finished, too. More news on this as we have it!
